What is your minimum order quantity?
Our minimum order is 50 pieces per design — you can mix sizes, names and numbers within it. Pricing is custom: we quote for your exact quantity and requirements, and larger orders get a better price per piece.
Can you make products under my own brand?
Yes. We manufacture under your label: your woven or printed labels, neck tape, hang tags and packaging. Share your brand files with your quote request and we'll include them in the sample.
Can I get a sample before a bulk order?
Yes, and we recommend it. A sample costs $150 and can be ordered directly from any product page, or we can make a custom approval sample of your own design before bulk production.
What artwork files do you need?
Vector files (AI, EPS, PDF or SVG) are best; high-resolution PNG works too. If you only have a sketch, a photo or a reference kit, send that — we can help prepare the artwork before you approve it.
